الائتلاف الفلسطيني العالمي لحق العودة هو إطار مؤسسي مدني يضم جمعيات أهلية فلسطينية، ونقابات عمالية، ولجان شعبية تعمل من أجل قضية وحقوق اللاجئين الفلسطينيين، وعلى رأسها حق العودة.
يُعاد حاليًا تفعيل الائتلاف، وقد دُعيت جميع المؤسسات الفلسطينية ومجموعات اللاجئين للمشاركة في إحياء دوره.
تأسس الائتلاف لأول مرة في قبرص عام 2000. وهو يشكل أحد أفرع حركة حق العودة، ويسعى من خلال التكامل والتعاون والتنسيق إلى توحيد كافة الأطراف العاملة في هذا المجال، بشرط ألا تتعارض رؤاها وأنشطتها مع أهداف الائتلاف.
يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للائتلاف في الدفاع عن حق اللاجئين الفلسطينيين والمهجرين في العودة إلى ديارهم الأصلية، وفقًا لمقتضيات العدل والحق، وبالاستناد إلى مبادئ القانون الدولي وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، لا سيما القرار رقم 194 الصادر عن الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بتاريخ 11 كانون الأول 1948.
منذ تأسيسه، عقد الائتلاف اجتماعات سنوية لهيئته العامة. وفي كل دورة اعتيادية، تختار الهيئة العامة لجنة دائمة من أعضائها تمثل المناطق الأربع: فلسطين، العالم العربي، أوروبا، وأمريكا الشمالية والجنوبية.
كانت آخر تعبئة كبرى نظمها الائتلاف تحت شعار “العودة توحدنا” عام 2014، وتم توثيقها في قسم خاص من هذا الموقع.
The Global Coalition Right of Return Coalition is a civil society organization comprising Palestinian civil society organizations, trade unions, and popular committees working for the cause and rights of Palestinian refugees, primarily the right of return.
The Coalition is currently being reactivated, and all Palestinian institutions and refugee groups have been invited to participate in revitalizing its role.
The Coalition was first established in Cyprus in 2000. It is one of the branches of the Right of Return Movement and seeks, through integration, cooperation, and coordination, to unite all parties working in this field, provided that their visions and activities do not conflict with the goals of the Coalition.
The Coalition’s primary objective is to defend the right of Palestinian refugees and displaced persons to return to their original homes, in accordance with the requirements of justice and right, and based on the principles of international law and relevant United Nations resolutions, particularly UN General Assembly Resolution 194 of December 11, 1948.
Since its founding, the Coalition has held annual meetings of its General Assembly. At each regular session, the General Assembly selects a standing committee from among its members representing the four regions: Palestine, the Arab world, Europe, and North and South America.
The last major mobilisation organised by the Coalition was under the slogan “Return Unites Us” in 2014, and is documented in a special section of this website.
